• Bossi Saurus
• Terri Bull
• Ty Rant
• Ruffie
• Tuffie
• Not-So-Very-Nice
• We're Being Good!
• Let's Be Good!

Rivercrest Industries, Inc. and/or Capers is the Copyright and/or Trademark Owner of the above noted, but not limited to, Copyrights & Trademarks.

Rivercrest Industries, Inc. and/or Capers also has incontestable rights to 11 trademarks for the mark Dino-Buddies in various classes 09, 14, 16, 16, 18, 21, 24, 25, 25, 28 and 28.  The Serial numbers are as follows:  74416861, 74416864, 74011717, 74416857, 74416859, 74416865, 74416860, 74416856, 74416862, 74286912.   These incontestable trademarks cover various items including, but not limited, to party invitations, party plates, party banners, bedding items, fabrics, bottles sold empty, drinking cups, audio/video, tapes, animated entertainment, audio players and recorders, electrical and mechanical toys, games, toy phones, puzzles, tote bags, travel bags, garment bags,  backpacks, posters, badges, stickers, placemats, etc.

In addition to the previously noted Copyrights & Trademarks, branding, goodwill, and prior use of the Dino-Buddies Intellectual Property is applicable to a multitude of other items worldwide and expands the Intellectual Property and Ownership. 

Unless specifically approved by Rivercrest Industries, Inc., and/or Capers, use of any and or all of the above trademarks and/or any similar trademark as to cause confusion and infringement with any and/or all of trademark(s), whether registered or not, infringes on our for Dino-Buddies Intellectual Property.  Notice is hereby made that use of the above Copyrights and/or trademarks infringes on our Intellectual Property and this notice serves demand to immediately cease and desist from any further production, marketing, promotion, display, sale or any use of any form of the mark or variation thereof on this or any other artwork or product.

Dino-Buddies, Dino-BuLLies, and Dino-Stars are registered trademarks of Rivercrest Industries, Inc., and/or Capers in the United States Patent & Trademark Office. Any and all related trademarks, logos, slogans, characters, elements and trade dress are property of Rivercrest Industries, Inc., and/or Capers. All rights reserved.
